Rev. Kelsey Hawisher-Faul and Rev. Peter Hawisher-Faul, Co-Pastors
Kelsey is a graduate of Asuza Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies and of Princeton Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity. She was ordained in 2016 and most recently served as an Associate Pastor at a church in Ohio. Kelsey has a passion for preaching and for pastoral care. From her PIF as she describes preaching: “It’s the marriage of my intellect and dramatic skill; my sense of justice and my love for others; my ability to dive deep into scripture, and my ability to let go and listen for God’s voice. All of these things are gifts from God that I get to use for now, and I love to use them.”
Peter is also a graduate of Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts in Theology and of Princeton Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Christian Education and a Master of Divinity. Peter’s most recent ministry position was serving as the Conference Director at The Hive, a Center for Contemplation, Art and Action in Ohio. Peter has a passion for Christian Education and is very interested in the Ukirk program and helping to guide that into the future. Peter believes that education and transformation go hand in hand and that intergenerational activities are vital.
