Children’s Sermon and Sunday School

Vacation Church School

In addition to our Sunday School classes, which are held during the school year, there are many church-related activities to get everyone involved — ice cream socials, gingerbread house-making, decorating the Chrismon Tree, and Vacation Church School are some of the seasonal events.

VACATION CHURCH SCHOOL

The Presbyterian Church of Radford joins with Grace Episcopal Church and St. Jude’s Catholic Church to offer an ecumenical Vacation Church School experience for children in the churches and their families and friends. All three churches participate in organizing and providing this opportunity. Vacation Church School typically takes place during the middle part of the Summer and is held on four consecutive evenings with meals provided for the children and staff.
